Klima, Mandrakia, Firopotamos, Areti, Agios Konstantinos, Fourkovouni and Empourios are the main traditional settlements of Milos and are small fishing ports. They are built in small coves, dug in soft rock or in the natural cavities of the rocks and have a rare island architecture.
