Tripiti
Tripiti is a traditional well-preserved settlement, almost united with Plaka, built amphitheatrically over the ruins of the classic city of Klima.
Its name is due to its soft volcanic rocks, which looked like holes, as well as to the many holes that are carved in the rock on which it is built.
In the center of the village dominates the church of Agios Nikolaos, while in this village are preserved unique, picturesque windmills that used to be used for grinding grain.
In Tripiti you can enjoy panoramic views of Adamas Bay and gastronomic delicacies in the taverns and restaurants of the village. Nearby you can even walk to the Catacombs and the Ancient Theater.
